What is a rebuilt title?

A rebuilt title is given to a vehicle to alert future owners that the vehicle was once totaled by an insurance company, and at that point of time, the vehicle was given a salvage title, meaning non-road worthy. Once the vehicle is repaired or rebuilt it is then inspected by a specially trained law enforcement officer. After meeting all requirements and passing Top of Pageinspection, then and only then can a salvaged car be re-certified for road use, and titled as rebuilt.

Do you offer any type of financing?

Yes. We are affiliated with banks that provide financing options.

Is there any type of warranty on your used cars?

All vehicles are sold with a standard 30-day/1000-miles warranty on motor and transmission and a lifetime warranty on Top of Pageframe. And we strive to take care of our customers even after the warranty.

If I purchase a car who takes care of plates and registration?

Top of PageAll taxes and plate fees are paid to us. We will then take care of everything at the License Bureau for you.

What sets you Body Shop apart from others in the area?

We not only offer superior workmanship and dedication to our customers, but also provide a free loaner car to every customer that is not covered by rental insurance. We do this because we understand how tough it can be on your daily Top of Pageschedule to be without your vehicle.

What if I’ve been in an accident and my car isn’t drivable.

You don’t need to worry if you’re not covered by insurance as we offer free towing if the vehicle is being repaired at our Top of Pageshop.

Do I have to go to a shop that my insurance company recommends?

No. It’s your vehicle and therefore your choice. Legally an insurance company cannot deny your choice of repair shop, as long as the estimate is within their acceptable ranges. However, they may require an estimate from one of their Top of Pagepreferred shops to compare quotes.

Is alternative transportation available and, if so, when?
As soon as your insurance company approves us to repair your vehicle, you will be issued a loaner vehicle to drive until Top of Pageyour vehicle is completed.
